Cross Country

On the 24 of June,we had our 2013 cross country. At the start, it was freezing cold and I was very nervous.  But when I started going, it got hotter and hotter and much more tiring. When I finished I came 180/250. It wasn't the best day for me, but I enjoyed supporting Rimu :)

Book review

I have been reading a book called girlosophy, it is about how to survive being a girl. I really enjoy it because I have learn't lot's about being a girl and doing the right things, If you are struggling with life, then I think this book is perfect for you. (as long as you are a girl ) Enjoy!!!

Homework challenge completed

My story

Do you want a story, then a story you shall have. I have been writing a story of my own and haven't quite finished it but I hope you enjoy. Here is a blurb of what it's about.

My name is Amy and I live on my own in a small wooden house, well not exactly on my own as my grandma lives (sleeps) in the basement every day and I hardly ever see her, well, I think shes sleeping but that's because my Dad died in war and my Mum mysteriously disappeared at full moon. But I don't know that an action packed adventure is coming my way. See mysterious creatures from planets you have never heard of, find the magic that crystals have, take important items out of erupting volcanoes, never heard of temples and so much more, and hear the same word over and over again...Lasprian.

This term, we will be having a science fair, and project question is What type of water will rust a nail the quickest? Will it be tap water, saltwater, rainwater, boiled water or dishwashing liquid water. Holiday Madness

I have had a great holiday as for I have gone down south to nelson with my brother Jack and my dad to visit some members of my family. First we went to a museum, to be honest it was really boring. But to make it better, we went to yogi's after. In case you don't know what that is, it is a frozen yogurt shop where you can design your own. I got cookies and cream flavour with tones of lollies topped with chocolate sauce topping :P. Two days later, we went to a cafe. But we didn't go for food, we went for a challenge to complete the hedge maze. It was really confusing, me and my brother were running everywhere and we just ended up at the start again. Soon we got to the middle and waited for everyone else to arrive, then we had to get out.  Lastly, we went to an all you can eat buffet, It was delicious. For dessert my little brother had three bowls of chocolate mousse`, I was suprised he wasen't sick after. I had a great time with my family, and I can't wait to go there again.
